Lessons

Admission: Moore Music welcomes all students who have a love of music and are willing to commit to spending the time needed to develop the talent that exists within. 

Lessons

Tuition includes 38 individual lessons, 6 group lessons, 6 theory classes, 2 studio rehearsals and recitals and all books.

Tuition

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

45-minute lessons            $240 per month

60-minute lessons            $270 per month

90-minute lessons            $330 per month

Single lessons                         $75 per hour

 

Tuition is due in advance, no later the 10th of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added to any payments received after 10th of each month.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Policies

Lessons missed by students for any reason other than inclement weather or illness cannot be made up. Regular attendance is a student and parent responsibility. The studio will not assume any financial responsibility for the student’s absence due to sports, social events, etc. 

If possible, please provide 24 hours courtesy notice if your child is ill. Please do not come have students attend lessons if ill.

The student will receive a make-up lesson should instructor become ill, be out of town, or cancel for any reason. 

Studio Events

Learning to play the piano with expression and artistry is hard work and lots of fun. There are a variety of learning and performance opportunities that make this studio program like none other!

Individual Lessons

One on one with the teachers. Where students learn effective practice techniques and strategies to maximize the time spent at home.

Group Lessons

Groups of 4 - 6 students come together to perform for each other learning how to follow a score, give and receive constructive feedback and have a step up from a lesson performance expericence.

Theory Classes 

Where students play games, learn new skills and create a pieces together with newly learned concepts. Prepares students to succeed on the VMTA Theory Exams.

Studio Recitals

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Held at a local church, students give a formal performance for friends and family.

Festivals and Competitions

Through organizations for Music Teachers, students have the opportunity to go out into the community and get feedback from other professionals or to compete against other students increasing confidence and artistry,
